Comfortable beds, nice owner, the easy access to the metro made it convenient to explore the city, and the price was much less expensive than neighboring hotels.
Loved everything.

Helpful staff made check-in smooth and easy.
Our room was quite small and cramped, which was disappointing. I had expected a cozier space for our stay. Additionally, the heating was inconsistent during those chilly nights, leaving us uncomfortable at times. The noise from neighboring rooms also disturbed our sleep with loud music and bathroom sounds.

Great Location and Friendly Owner

The location offered easy access to the metro and was close to the Biljmer Arena shopping area. The garden terrace made a lovely escape for relaxing afternoons. The owner was incredibly nice and resolved a minor issue quickly, suggesting a commitment to good service. However, the room was quite small and cramped, making it feel a bit tight. The heating could be more consistent. I noticed the noise from neighbors at night, especially the late-night music and loud doors. The bed was comfortable, though, making it a decent place to rest after a busy day. For the price, it felt like a good value, especially for a private room with shared facilities.

Comfortable beds at a budget rate
The location was great for public transport access, and the owner promptly resolved a minor issue after hours. The beds offered a comfortable night's sleep.
However, the standard double room was quite small, and noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep. The heating system was also inconsistent during our stay.

Great spot to explore Amsterdam!
Our stay was nice! The owner was super helpful and took care of a little hiccup right away. The metro was a short walk, perfect for getting around and close to some cool shops. The beds were comfortable, which was awesome. Just wish the heating was a bit more consistent at times.
